Skip target repo project config during integration runs

Integration runs now launch opencode with OPENCODE_DISABLE_PROJECT_CONFIG=1
so a cloned repo's .opencode/opencode.json(c) can't fail the build with keys
the installed OpenCode doesn't recognize (e.g. Unrecognized key: references).
