Improve invite code handling for multipliers #191

- Show through color which code has been just created
- allow to create multiple invite codes at once
- allow to create invite codes for other users -> this shouldn't be available to multipliers, but a more trusted role?
- mark invite code as given away -> and hide it afterwards?
